Making Impact With Littered Bikes

The first phase of recovery is relief. Ensuring that the basic necessities of life such as food, shelter, and sanitation is our primary objective during the first few months on the ground.

The second phase is where the situation on the ground has stabilized and cleanup up and rebuilding starts. We provide manpower, tools, and materials to empower people recover.

We serve economically impoverished areas that don’t have  insurance, effective government assistance, or good paying jobs. Our long term objective is economic self sufficiency.

Social Good: Disaster Hack

Our mission is to assist communities of impoverished disaster zones to heal and grow after disasters.

We utilize innovation and art for emotional recovery, architectural design, educational opportunities, solving challenges and economic development.

The spirit of radical-self reliance in harmony with nature is what permaculture is.  As stewards of the earth we believe that creating conscious systems that work hand in hand with nature and people is on of the most critical aspects of conscious project development.

Technology is everything humans have ever created to solve a problem. From organizational models to the wheel, technology is found with every human advancement. We believe that utilizing appropriate technologies intentionally to promote sustainability is the only conscious choice.

Communal effort is what we are.  It is what we breathe.  Having an open environment/platform to collaborate locally and globally for relief and recovery is the only effective way to help heal and grow after a natural disaster.

At the heart of what we do, is the belief that the gift  of the means of production is what can empower a local community to take it’s recovery into it’s own hands.  Our makerspace/means of production is open to everyone equalizing everyone’s opportunities.

Having gone through the recovery process in other countries, we know that a key aspect to recovery is empowering people to take control of their own recovery. We don’t build people’s houses, we help them build their own.
