Where is your camp located?

What's the earliest pick-up date?

Bikes will be available for pick-up at The Soup Kitchen from Friday 23 August.

Pick-up time:

10:30am-5pm.

What’s the latest drop-off date?

Drop-off your bike at our camp latest by Monday 02 September Noon! Your deposit will be forfeited if bikes are returned late. Every bike must be returned directly to one of our crew who will check your bike de-mooping skills to approve your deposit refund.

How does the pick-up process work?

If you chose ‘Our Camp’ delivery, bring your Order Number and Reservation Name. A friend can pick-up the bike for you with the above-mentioned information. Please note that the person who has made the reservation is responsible for the bike/deposit.

If you have purchased an Art Kit, you will select your Accessories when picking up your bike.

Do your bikes have kick stand?

Yes, they do!

Can I keep the accessories that I have purchased on your website?

Yes, all accessories lights, spray paint, basket, etc. are yours!

Do your bikes have baskets?

No, bikes don’t come with a basket. You can order a basket from the online shop (limited stock!).

I have already a bike. Can I order only accessories?

Sure, visit the online shop and select the accessories or Art Kits you like to pimp up your bike.

What's the 100$ ‘Refundable’?

This is a deposit for the bike. If all goes well, the deposit will be refunded to your Paypal or Bank account (whichever you used to place the order) at most 2 weeks after the event. Art Bike Relief keeps the deposit in case the bike is not returned on time or is not in a working condition.

So what can I do to my bike but make sure I get my deposit back?

You can paint, pimp, weld, modify your bike at our MakerSpace set-up at The Soup Kitchen (5:45 & J). If the bike is returned on time and in a working condition, you’ll get your deposit back.

1. All Bikes must be returned to one of our one our Souperians. 2. Bikes must be DE-Mooped. 3. Bikes must be checked by one of our Campers. 4. Each Bike must be signed off by one our Souperians. 5. Bikes must be functional.

Do I need to clean my bike before dropping it off to your Camp?

Please take off all lights, furs or anything that you’ve added to your bike before giving it back. That will save us a lot of work, thanks!

Does the bike rental include repair?

If you have rented a bike with Art Bike Relief, you can come to our camp to fix your bike if needed. We will set-up a Maker Space with welding machines, tools, and our volunteers will be there to help you with what you need.

What is your refund policy?

From August 10th, it won’t be possible to get a refund on the bikes rented. A 10$ fee is assessed on all cancellations. Deposit refunds will be provided within 2 weeks after Event. Deposit Refunds will be closed after Nov 1st so we can plan and utilize our funds in our on going projects.
